Welcome Center:  

NICE Vacation Rentals is a lot like a quality resort spread out over miles of prime beachfront and historic settings. No matter which fine accommodation you select, our Welcome Center is glad to serve you as the front desk of the resort.  Every year we welcome thousands of new and returning guests to St. Augustine, Palm Coast and Vilano Beach from all over the world.
 
Look for NICE Vacation Rentals in the bright yellow building draped in the flags of many nations at 5092 A1A South.  We are located about 7 miles south of historic St. Augustine on the beach road that connects St. Augustine to Palm Coast, Daytona Beach and beyond.
 
Welcome Center hours vary with the season.  Please call ahead if you will arrive after 5:00 p.m. (8:00 p.m. in high season) to make arrangements for your keys and Welcome Package.
 
At our Welcome Center you’ll receive a detailed package upon arrival including directions to your accommodations, property details and keys. Our friendly guest services staff will be happy to help you in any way we can, from arranging golf and fishing outings to refreshing your linens on request.  Expect the same friendly service you will find from the front desk of any fine hotel. And please, let us know if we can be of service in any way!
