Built in 1907 as a cozy retreat, this charming cottage has been completely remodelled inside and out. Comfy beds, crisp new linens, new carpeting and all new appliances await you. One sizeable bedroom hosts a queen bed. There is a single bed in a cozy sleeping nook that can be curtained off for privacy and a queen sleeper sofa is in the living room. Full kitchen, free off-street parking for 1 car; additional cars can be parked after 5:00 p.m. This cottage is tucked behind the San Marco Antique Mall and a rare book store. Very secluded. Enjoy your evening cocktail on the private patio, then head out to Uptown, just steps from your door. On the 4th Saturday of each month enjoy the special party atmosphere of Uptown Saturday Night with free entertainment and refreshments for all. No laundry on premises, but we provide a complementary change of fresh linens during your stay. Commercial laundry facilities are nearby if required.
